From the outside, everything looked fine. I was functioning, achieving, and moving forward. But underneath, I felt disconnected from myself. I did not fully trust my decisions, and I could not access the clarity I knew I was capable of. No matter how much I tried to think my way through it, nothing truly shifted.
What I came to realise is this: you do not find alignment by doing more; you find it by reconnecting with who you truly are.
Through deep inner work, I stopped performing the version of myself I thought I had to be and started living in alignment with my truth. That is when everything changed.
